This page explains what information TBT Trading Lab collects, why, and how it's handled. It's written to reflect what the platform actually does, nothing more and nothing assumed.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, and a password handled entirely by Firebase Authentication. We never see or store your password ourselves. If you sign up with Google, we receive your Google account's email address only.
- Usage data you create: favourited assets, referral connections, alert preferences, and your chosen site theme.
- Payment-related information you submit: if you claim an upgrade payment, you provide the currency used, the amount, and a transaction reference. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or wallet private keys at any point.
- Marketing email preference: whether you've opted in to occasional updates. Unticked by default, so you choose this explicitly.
🔒 Security: TBT Trading Lab will never ask you to provide an exchange password, wallet seed phrase, private key, or recovery phrase. Never submit these credentials to us, or to anyone claiming to represent TBT Trading Lab.
What we do not collect
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, advertising scripts, or any third-party tracking SDKs. We do not use marketing cookies. We do not use analytics of any kind. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the platform: to authenticate you, remember your preferences, process upgrade requests, and operate the referral programme.
Third parties who process data on our behalf
- Google Firebase — we use Google Firebase for authentication and database infrastructure. Firebase may process technical information as part of providing those services. Google's applicable privacy terms and Firebase documentation govern Google's processing of information within those services.
- Bitget — receives public market-data requests from your browser. This does not include your personal information.
- If you connect Telegram for alerts, Telegram processes the messages we send you, governed by Telegram's own privacy terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing chidiezeibieli@gmail.com. We'll respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let existing users know.
